If you are a CVS employee, then you too have access to a CVS LEARNet account. The CVS LEARNet platform, available at cvslearnet.cvs.com, is an educational resource center dedicated to CVS employees. This guide will show you how the CVS LEARNet login procedure works, both on desktop and mobile, to allow you to access your CVS LEARNet account.
CVS LEARNet Login Step-by-step Walkthrough
The CVS LEARNet login steps are quite simple. Here’s what you’ll have to do to access the CVS LEARNet platform:
- Go to the CVS LEARNet website at cvslearnet.cvs.com.
- Enter your CVS LEARNet login User ID in the first blank box.
- Enter the password of your CVS LEARNet account in the second box.
- Click the gray Login button. The CVS LEARNet login procedure should now be complete.
CVS LEARNet Mobile Login Walkthrough
You can access the CVS LEARNet platform using a mobile device as well. The CVS LEARNet portal website is optimized for use with most mobile browsers. Simply follow the instructions below to access the CVS LEARNet login page on your mobile device.
- Visit the CVS LEARNet website, cvslearnet.cvs.com, from your mobile browser.
- Type your User ID in the blank User ID box.
- Insert your Password in the blank Password box.
- Tap the gray Login button.
Unfortunately, there are no CVS LEARNet apps available at the moment. To view the CVS learning platform, you will have to log in using the cvslearnet.cvs.com website, either on your desktop or your mobile device.
CVS LEARNet Login Possible Issues
If you have forgotten your LEARNet password, you can use the self-service reset link to recover it. Go to the CVS LEARNet website at cvslearnet.cvs.com and then click the “Self-Serve Password Reset” link.
Bear in mind that your CVS LEARNet password is the same as your RxConnect password. This means that when you set a new CVS LEARNet password, it will apply to your RxConnect account as well. For more information, you can also view the LEARNet Self Service Password Reset document.
If this is your first time accessing your CVS LEARNet account, you should use the password you received from CVS on your email. Contact the CVS IT Service Center in case you haven’t received this password. Once you’ve registered your CVS LEARNet account, you will have to change the password.
If you have any other issues with the CVS LEARNet platform or the CVS LEARNet logic process that you cannot solve yourself, call the CVS IT Service Center at 1-855-280-4872.
